REFUND POLICY
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from SAINT IPSUM. Please read our refund policy carefully before placing an order.
RETURNS
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it, with all original tags and packaging intact.
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@saintipsum.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.
Items that are not eligible for return:
- Sale or discounted items
- Items that have been used, worn, or washed
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Custom or personalized orders
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your order, the cost of return shipping will be covered by the customer.
EXCHANGES
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us at info@saintipsum.com. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at info@saintipsum.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

დაბრუნება
საქონლის დაბრუნება შესაძლებელია მიწოდებიდან 14 დღის განმავლობაში. საქონელი უნდა იყოს გამოუყენებელი, ჩაუცმელი, თავდაპირველ მდგომარეობაში, ორიგინალური ეტიკეტებითა და შეფუთვით.
დაბრუნების დასაწყებად მოგვწერეთ info@saintipsum.com-ზე შეკვეთის ნომრითა და დაბრუნების მიზეზით. ჩვენ მოგაწვდით დაბრუნების ინსტრუქციას.
დაბრუნებას არ ექვემდებარება:
- ფასდაკლებული საქონელი
- გამოყენებული, ჩაცმული ან გარეცხილი საქონელი
- საქონელი ორიგინალური ეტიკეტებისა და შეფუთვის გარეშე
- ინდივიდუალური შეკვეთები
თანხის დაბრუნება
საქონლის მიღებისა და შემოწმების შემდეგ შეგატყობინებთ ელექტრონული ფოსტით. დაბრუნების დამტკიცების შემთხვევაში თანხა დაგიბრუნდებათ გადახდის პირვანდელ მეთოდზე 7 სამუშაო დღის განმავლობაში.
მიწოდების საფასური არ ბრუნდება. უკუგზავნილის ხარჯებს ანაზღაურებს მყიდველი.
გაცვლა
ზომის ან ფერის შეცვლის სურვილის შემთხვევაში მოგვწერეთ info@saintipsum.com-ზე. გაცვლა შესაძლებელია საქონლის ხელმისაწვდომობის შემთხვევაში.
დაზიანებული ან არასწორი საქონელი
თუ მიიღეთ დაზიანებული ან არასწორი საქონელი, მოგვწერეთ info@saintipsum.com-ზე მიწოდებიდან 48 საათის განმავლობაში და გამოგვიგზავნეთ ფოტოები. ჩვენ მოგაწვდით შემცვლელ საქონელს ან სრულად დაგიბრუნებთ თანხას.
